RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
ALL Tangibles and Tees products are custom-made and are print-on-demand so we do not accept returns in most cases:
- Any products produced and delivered as selected by you when you placed your order are not eligible for return
- Clearance items, samples or promotional items are not eligible for returns
- Bulk orders produced and delivered as ordered are not eligible for return
We will accept limited returns and in some cases offer refunds for:
- Items with manufacturer defects or blemishes
- Items not produced as you ordered, including misspelled words or wrong colors
- Items delivered in the wrong color or size different from what you specified during the ordering
For assistance please contact support at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. After 15 days from the date you received your order, we will not be able to assist with returns but we are always glad to hear from you.
A photo is required of all returns. It allows us to determine if an error or defective product occurred. Both of which help us to improve our service moving forward.
Defective Products:
Please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We require a photo of the product to help us determine if the product is defective.
Changes and Cancellations:
If you wish to change an order, the change request must be made before your order has begun being processed. If your order has already been processed we will not be able to change anything. Email us at [email protected] to attempt to make any changes.
We are glad to cancel your order at any time before production of your order has begun. If your order has begun being processed we will not be able to cancel your order and it will be shipped as selected when you placed your order.
Changes or cancellations on bulk orders (we only do bulk orders on a select basis) are only available the same day your order is placed.
Shipping Options
If you request shipment to a PO Box, APO, or FPO it will be shipped via USPS. We offer international shipping to most countries including Canada, all of Europe, Australia, Kenya, and South Africa. It is our goal to have all orders ready to ship within 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Our printing department and the destination of the order determine the best shipping carrier. Delays in processing orders may occur due to, but not limited to, holidays, demand, equipment failure, weather, and unforeseen variables that could adversely affect the daily operations at Tangibles and Tees.
USPS Priority Mail, DHL, & FEDEX:
All orders are expected to be ready to ship in 3 – 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. No guarantees can be made as shipping times are dependent upon the mail carrier. An email with tracking information regarding your order will be sent to you if you have provided us with a valid email address.
