The Hosts have the power to amend, modify or terminate the T&T contract at any time. T&T will be administered by the Host(s)/Director(s). Directors may be elected, appointed, or appointed by the initial Director(s) or through the majority vote of all members should the situation arise the first Director(s) quits or is incompetent or dies.

Each Director(s) can be given one or more specific responsibilities and can also serve as the spokesperson for the T&T on all or some aspects. The Director(s) has the discretion to choose from among Directors or members any individual or group who is deemed to be the most competent to communicate and act in the event that the first spokesman should resign or become incapacitated, disabled, or die.

A Host(s)/Coordinator(s) shall serve as the primary Spokesman of the T&T. All records that are created or maintained by the T&T will always remain and forever be the private belonging to the T&T and will be used only for T&T and for the particular T&T patron-members’ use; meaning whoever the patron-member(s) is who wrote or modified or has account-related custody of the record or the location at which the record is stored, or archived the record safe from government intrusion under at a minimum the nation’s Constitutional “Bill Of Rights” First, Fourth and Ninth Amendment(s) protections. Article Thirteen. Infraction of Contract and Default and Disputes.

The inability to cover any Tangibles & Tees retail goods offered or solution(s)/item(s) provided through Tangibles & Tees for any T&T retail clothing goods et al. or any other things offered is an infraction of this contract, unless certain financial arrangements have been reached with Tangibles & Tees. Inability to make payment for any goods(s) and work supplied by the T&T within 30 days from the time the goods and labor are received will be deemed to be in default. In the event of a breach, or default, the breach could result in an account termination as well as the establishment and use of all methods of settlement or collection for claims for restitution available to Tangibles & Tees et al. in accordance with the law. Tangibles & Tees will not be restricted to a single remedy to remedy the breach or default.

Membership in the Assembly, “Tangibles & Tees,” and any of its groups can be removed at any time by its Host(s) or their designated management worker at any time when they find that a particular patron-member interacts with them or other members in a manner which is in opposition or adverse to the goals, principles and the overall improvement of this Assembly.

In addition, patron-members understand that, since the PMAA Assembly is protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Ninth Amendments et al. to the U.S.A. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the T&T PMAA Assembly, any Host(s), members, or other staff people. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by a T&T PMAA Assembly Committee and any claims to eligibility to be able to involve State and/or Federal governmental agency intervention into and jurisdiction over disputes are waived by the member(s) for the benefit of the T&T PMAA Assembly and its members without the written approval and permission of the Host(s)/Coordinator(s)/Director(s), without exception.

Because of the privacy and security of membership records maintained within the T&T PMAA Assembly have been held to be inviolate by the U.S.A. Supreme Court, et al., the patron-member waives court complaint processes. Any PMAA Assembly records kept by the association will be strictly protected and only released upon the Agreement of the Host(s). I agree that violation of any waivers in this membership contract will result in a no-contest internal forum proceeding against me. In addition, the PMAA Assembly does not participate in any insurance plans.

In contrast at the discretion of the Host(s), the act or deed of any kind or omission made by anyone person who claims to act under the color of law (not legally authorized) could be compelled to be prosecuted criminally and civilly to the fullest legal extent in any court that is appropriate. This taking of action within a court that is outside the PMAA is both only under extraordinary circumstances and, only by the discretion of the Hosts/Directors, without exception.

The Host(s)/Coordinator(s) shall have the right to sanction a member upon the vote of the Host(s), with a hearing of the facts where the member may be present after notification. The sanctions include removal from active membership or imposing any other special and necessary conditions upon any member who shall discredit or bring harm to the PMAA Assembly in any manner.

Again, Patron members agree and understand that because the T&T Assembly is protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendments et al. to the U.S.A. Constitution, it is out of the reach and power that is the responsibility of Federal as well as State Agencies and Authorities in relation to any grievances and grievances regarding the Assembly members or other related employees or persons. Any rights to complain or grievances will be resolved through an Assembly-designated committee, forum, or tribunal and may be abrogated by the patron-member to the benefit of the Assembly as well as its members.

Members consent that as a Patron-member by signing up with T&T and/or related websites et al. which initiates this membership contract I agree that I have obtained the necessary information to be able to conclude whether this would be the path of action I would like to pursue for myself.

Article Fourteen. Money, and Banking and Dues (fees).

The Director(s), as well as certain T&T members are aware of the FEDERAL RESERVE Act, also known as the law regarding the 12 FEDERAL RESERVE banks (a/k/a the FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM) as well as the FEDERAL RESERVE Note (“FRN”) that constitutes one of the “fiat” paper currency being issued by the United States as opposed to the united States of America. But, in accordance with the principles of harmless usage and necessity as outlined within the Law of Nations, the T&T knows of no viable alternative to receiving and otherwise using and transferring FRNs at any time and can establish any bank or brokerage account that is necessary to negotiate the value of any FRN which the T&T receives in order to use it for the payment of expenses et al. The designated Host(s)/Coordinator(s) is the one who signs any money related account maintained through the T&T. The Host(s) is able to delegate this power. The Host(s) must review and promptly pay or contest any assessment assessed to this T&T PMAA through any de jure or de facto government authority. The Host(s) must review in a timely manner every licensing statute, regulation, or rule which is said to apply to the T&T PMAA and determine if a license is actually necessary to allow the T&T to operate lawfully within the location in which it is situated.

Host(s) knows of no viable alternative whereby transaction/trading et al. for money of constitutional lawful value, can be used, therefore, the current Federal reserve note (FRNs) “debt instrument” dollars, a.k.a. US dollars are used and accepted by mere submission without consent in settlement “Without Prejudice.” They are used for all types of transactions and payments and awards, “Without Prejudice,” and without waiving the Host(s)’ rights to pay or receive payment in gold or silver coin pursuant to the constitutional mandate of the Constitution for the united States of America of original jurisdiction.

Article Fifteen. Dissolution.

The T&T will automatically end at the time of death, incompetency, or resignation by the Host(s) or all Coordinators, or at the time of that last member, or terminate at any time after the unanimous vote of all Hosts/Coordinators/Directors at the time. After voluntary termination, at the discretion of the Director(s) the properties of the T&T will be divided proportionally between the Hosts and significant patron-members, if any, who made donations/contributions (not payments for solutions) or who directly caused the acquisition of the assets through donations/contributions of money if they officially requested compensation at the time of funding/contribution received. The assets that aren’t distributed in a proportional manner between the members who made them available, or that directly contributed to the acquisition of these assets, at the discretion of the Director(s) will be the private assets of those who are still alive and competent.

Article Sixteen. Force Majeure and Hold Harmless.

All T&T patron-members specifically release and hold harmless Hosts/Directors from any and every liabilities arising from any incident or negligence that may be deemed considered to be an “Act of God” or otherwise “beyond the control” of Hosts/Directors or members of this T&T concerning any matter that arises from the participation of a member within this T&T PMAA.
